We are about to launch a tender for the project so that new quayside connections for both ships and cranes can be established before too long. We have received a grant of DKK 7.2 million through the Finance Act 2021 for the project, where we must at least contribute an equivalent amount.
When the plant is completed and the ships can be connected, we will prevent emissions to the local environment from around 400,000 litres of diesel a year – the power at the quay is bought from Danish wind turbines and is thereforeCO2-free.
